www.webs.com
If you’re creating your own web pages then you must be writing all the code yourself?
After you signed up, you can downgrade to HTML meaning you have to create all the code yourself. To downgrade, go to Site Settings, scroll down to Other Settings (bottom right) and downgrade.

I don’t know why you insist on free hosting service
because from the business point of view, they
don’t provide reliable server to run your website,
even though you upgrade to become their paid users
later on.
But if you’re building a personal website just to
share with your closed friends and family and not
using it as a business platform, then that probably
justifies your choice.
I personally would not recommend any free web hosting
service for my clients who run businesses because
they really stinks. I’ve used several of them when
I first started out, but they failed me. You can find out the top 10 best web hosting providers in the website bellow:

Beware of Free web hosting either they provide you a sub-domain or a shared hosting with dynamic IP’s
The problem shared dynamic IP’s are your content is always switching between different IP’s also
there are chances that the other share websites on your IP’s may be using bad or restricted items or like porn stuff .This will harm your websites page rank and other important aspects.
so I recommend you to use static IP’s and good relaible hosting.
This is a suggestion if you are very serious about your website and willing to earn a good advertising revenue.
My recommendations:
