I am looking for a place to host my ideas with minimal "features" that I do not need. All I want is a simple way to upload my site using HTTP or FTP. It only needs to store a max of 50 megabytes. Thank you.

If you’re "advanced", install WAMPP, get a free account on Dyndns, and host the site yourself.

get a host. pick-me.net or http://get-what-you-give.com (a bit better than the former) has a list of people who will host you on their site (usually with a subdomain). You won’t have to worry about banners or missing out on features that way. I offer hosting as well, akinoiro.net/hosting
